  There is so much wrong with this place I don't even know where to begin. I've taken my wife and daughter here 6 times and every time our food is cold and disgusting. Or we don't even get some of the things we order. Appetizers don't come first or at all. They will charge you 3$ for a drink with your meal when your already paying 15$ for a meal that's cold and cooked by people who look like they just got released from jail. The waitresses are rude and when you get fed up with them being slow and illiterate they get rude. If you want to waste money and sit in a dirty place to be treated poorly this is the place for you. I'll add that the place was near empty and got this kind of service every time. There is no reason for cold food, missed/wrong orders. Worst food in town. I eat out frequently and they have lost my business. Cheaper restaurants around town have superb service and excellent food. PS you'd get more enjoyment from a box of KD than smittys

  Service slow, dirty as hell! The food on the floor looked as if it was there for weeks! Steak was gross.never again

  Horrible. I waited for an hour and a half for a burned steak. I asked for another steak and it was blue. I asked for medium rare and didn't get it. Me and my mother was here and we both had hair in our plates. The worst meal I've had in a long time.

  The service and food has gone down quite a bit within the last couple years. I've never had a meal that I've enjoyed and it's always last resort for my family and I.

  First time in my life I've been told "we have empty seats, but we aren't taking any more customers" at 1:00pm. Strange.
