I’m a regular customer and I love the food; however the service is extremely poor and disappointing. Despite the quality of the food I’ve decided to stop getting food from there. It’s not about the food but more about respecting your customers. I know I’m just one of the many who buy from there but I’m sure this attitude will turn people away from the place soon.

Came to Scarborough from Brampton to visit fam and was hoping to having amazing food with them. We picked up a few items from silver spoon to take to my parents place and the overall experience was horrible. We asked the server what is more popular and she said depends on your taste. That’s a stupid answer! So we got both items. We went to cash out and considering we got 3 biryanis and a bunch of other food we could request for some extra yogurt (raita) and she said no I’m sorry we can give you only one. Not sure what the point of being so stingy was. Yogurt is inexpensive it’s not a big deal. The cashier said just give it to her and the same server was like Nono we can’t. If I am choosing your restaurant to share a meal with my family you better believe it’s a big deal. Anyways that was very cheap and ghetto of your staff to do that. I was better off at McDonalds at least they give you extra bbq sauce when you ask after u spend 10.00. And overall we weren’t even pleased with the food. The Brampton silver spoon is good so thought it would be the same. Choose wisely ppl! Customer service is all part of the experience.

I used to be a regular at the Pickering location ever since they opened. The last 2 times the 2 different servers behind the counter were very rude and gave me an attitude. I walked out without getting any food. There are a lot of Indian/Pakistani restaurants in Pickering and I am sure they will be more than happy to get my business.

The most pathetic people work at this location, today I called to place a pickup order for a small get to gather at my home. On the first call when was enquiring about how many people would my order should feed. I was told to call back after 10 mins because the guy was "busy". When I called back after 20 mins and tried to place my order then in the middle of the order the guy hung up on me rudely saying we don't take order over the phone. Which was so pathetic and I am never ever gonna buy anything from this location because if they can treat their customers like this then I can imagine how they would be treating our food orders.

I have ordered catering package for one of my friend’s birthday party last week. The food was amazing and nicely packed. The quantity and quality were so good that I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

They have really bad customer service. I am trying to place my order and the lady serving me was busy starring at a guy behind me. She would pause every few seconds to stare and smile at the customer.Never going back !!

My family and I have been ordering food from your pickering location for gatherings and parties since the location opened and have noticed that the quality and taste of the food has been getting worse and worse.
As soon as you walk into the pickering location its as if the air circulation vents are turned off because of the horrible smell that sticks to your clothes as soon as you walk in.
And on top of all of that you have some rude people working for you. To not let a 4 year old use your washroom is cause for concern for me. I was a paying customer coming to pick up food.
You really need to look into your business practices before you lose more customers.
I for one will make sure everyone of my friends and family know about how you treat your customers and I doubt any ofus will order anything from you ever again

A restaurant with a heart! I've had their food a couple of times and I'm always satisfied. I give them 5 stars because the food is always tasty, fresh, and the owner is a really down-to-earth guy!

The food is great in taste and quality. Love their sindhi biryani, haleem is so yummy that I don't have to miss karachi ka haleem anymore. Haleem is a must try from silver spoon.
