  Wait times for prescriptions are rather excessive. Customer service is hit and miss depending on who’s on shift that day at the pharmacy. I should also mention the extra charge you incur just for having a prescription filled. Mind you that may not be true with all plans.
  
  Front cashier is always very helpful and kind :-).
  
  Shoppers used to be the best Pharmacy in town but the staff turnover unfortunately HC Pharmacy is the best one in town hands-down. They are more than helpful and sweet amazing hard-working guys. They usually won’t let you leave without A piece of chocolate or a warm incredible smile. I’ve literally been in there for a small useless purchase a couple times just to perk up my mood in the past.

  Was dealing with Logan in the pharmacy, he couldn't find my coverage with my group. Called over his manager, she was rude and short. Never seen this card before, you must have another one, nothing we can do. Yeah, thanks! Waited 15 minutes to deal with that. There is a phone number on the back of my coverage card, no one bothered to call it, I guess that's my job because I'm on pharmacies payroll. THANKS!

  Going on Logic Here. Shoppers Drug Mart sells Computer Printers but not Paper for the Printer????? Seems a little Half Assed

  I love Shoppers but this one sucks for prescriptions. The wait times have gotten increasingly worse and they seem to be constantly understaffed. Several times now I have gotten the wrong medications despite having a note on my file and telling them when I dropped it off. Going to check out Rexall or perhaps Save-on for future prescriptions.

  I come here all the time now for my perscriptions. The staff are really helpful and are very knowledgeable. Used to go to other pharmacies, but now only come here. They also have a lot of last minute items you didn't remember you needed till your browsing while waiting for your perscription. They have a really great childrens section. Only place that carried the soothers my daughter loved.
