  Upside, they have what I need/kids need/want, IN STOCK, 99% of the time. Downside, I can't leave this place without spending a small fortune, regardless of what I stop in for
  *Thanks* Staples for having the "mint green" graphing calculator in stock. I know the colour is going to encourage my daughter to pay attention in maths class (Not really but, a dad can dream right?)

  Disappointed as I was looking for a specific all in one pc that was supposed to be available according to the website. The store did not have the pc nor was there any available in Calgary. I then asked for another brand that was on display. There were none in inventory. I then accepted the demo at a reduced cost. I was told that they needed to return it to factory specs and would be available in 48 hours and I would be called. After 72 hours I called and was advised it was ready. No call from them. Disappointing service from a store I had previously enjoyed dealing with.

  Staff at this location are very helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. I had walked in with very little to work with and a short deadline for a printing job and the staff were incredibly accomodating. They went above and beyond to help me place my order and get the best experience. Jackie was particularily helpful and made sure I was well taken care of. Very pleased!!

  I felt incredibly uncomfortable and stalked by the one bald manager. It felt like he was watching me because i was a teenager, and might steal something.

  I went in to return a pair of very very expensive (in excess of $100.00) headphones that we had bought for my son for his birthday. Granted, it was past the 30 day return policy, but it turns out that the headphones never worked properly, but my son did not complainWe googled the problem and discovered that it was a very common problem with these particular headphones.
  
  I was told that this would be rectified on a 'case-by-case basis' and up to the 'manager's discretion'. I had the original receipt, and I only wanted a replacement, not cash, or credit.
  
  After waiting 30 minutes for the manager, I was stonewalled. Completely and utterly, by an unsmiling manager (named Dana). Nope, too bad, against the rules, don't let the door hit you on the way out.
  
  Really. After shopping here for 3 years worth of school supplies, printer cartridges, not to mention a new Samsung Laser Printer.
  
  Thanks, Dana. This was a horrible experience which you could have avoided by doing your job, and practicing a little kindness.
