I had an exceptional experience with Linda Adu! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and super prompt to answer every question. As a first time home buyer, I am very happy to have a great mortgage broker as herself as she has been there every step of the way even after the closing and still to this day. She is super friendly and easy to approach and work with. I appreciate and thank you for all your help!

I can't say enough about the degree of professionalism, helpfulness, expertise, and insight I gained from working with Sydney Joy Dookwah (VP of Operations and Mortgage Agent). Sydney not only helped me find a good mortgage as a first-time home buyer 5 years ago but more recently, secured me an incredible mortgage renewal contract with a fantastic rate despite the current volatile market with soaring bank interest rates! Not only accomplishing that amazing feat, but Sydney also made herself available to me at any time throughout this process to guide me through comparing rates and plans, interpreting payment scenarios and crunching mind-boggling numbers into understandable figures. I highly recommend if you need guidance through this process and an agent you know you can depend on to find you the best plan/rate out there, that you give Sydney a call! You will not be sorry!

My husband and I had a very excellent experience with Maurice Kwok. Maurice, together with our very close friend Linda S, who introduced Maurice to us, helped our daughter and our son-in-law in their purchase of their first home. Their financial situation is far from ideal especially as first time home buyers. Despite all the hurdles, Maurice made it possible for both of them and their three children to be the humble but proud owners of their new home. Maurice cared a lot and exhausted his resources, knowledge and experience to make it possible for them. The emotional and spiritual roller-coaster ride of the process was not easy but with Maurice’s tenacity, it was a rewarding reality. Thank you Maurice! Keep up the good work! Similar to the review below, except I'm a long time “family friend”. Chris had provided me with advice in the past and completed a couple mortgages for myself along the years. The unfortunate part like others have mentioned is he promises the world and states he’ll always be there to “service” your file. When it comes to the time, Chris is no where to be found. Doesn’t answer phones calls. Text messages. Emails. Even after sending many referrals his way, others shared the experience as myself. Unfortunately from what I’ve gathered is he’s there for the “sale” and a ghost when it comes time to service. Over all he does what’s best for himself instead of his client. Long story short is told get sold by his “advice” he’s not there for you!
