Servermania is a great company. I tried availing their Hybrid servers and all I can is that it's the best decision I've ever made.

My previous review stressed a lack of communication of anything being done to reflect an issue on a service I had. In the end ServerMania did inevitably resolve the issue, and I am very thankful for that. While I appreciate the resolution, the support I have received from a communication of what was being done to try and resolve that issue was lacking, and led me to believe there was nothing being done. While that falls more on a specific circumstance, and the representative. I can say they did take of me in the end.

I have asked several questions on top of several requests within the first 2 months of service and all have been answered promptly and accurately. Prices are very good and the servers are good quality. Can't ask for much more than that.

Awesome to work with. Very quick to responde to any issue I have. Also installed extra memory very quickly for a great price. Highly recommend.
