  Highly recommended.
  
  As a digital agency owner it can be difficult to source QUALITY talent. After years of doing the grunt work internally I finally gave in to using a recruiting firm. I was concerned they wouldn't understand what I was looking for as digital marketing is continually evolving and the skillset for certain positions are difficult to comprehend for non industry folk.
  
  They hit the nail on the head and I'm now using them to place my third hire.
  
  I'd highly recommend them to agency owners who don't have an in-house HR/recruiting resource.
