  Over priced. Terrible delivery service, the driver showed up after my wife's office had closed. Luckily someone was there to receive them and call her back to work to get them. The flowers were orderd at 10am and only had to travel 2.2km to get to wife's work. The vase was filthy the woman who received the flowers cleaned it up before my wife got back to get them. The message on the card was Done wrong with punctuation in the wrong spots. To top it off have sent 2 angry emails and didnt hear back from either. If I wanted my wife to get the flowers after work I could have stopped almost anywhere paid half the price and given them to her myself. Will never use this place again and will be sure to spread the word.

  Lovely experience with attentive owner and staff. I popped into the store for crystals and gemstones and was treated superbly. There was a display of white hydrangea sitting there ready for delivery that appeared to be fresh and beautiful so my exposure to their fresh flowers was also very positive.

  Lady gave me the worst possible roses out of what she had left (there were nice ones and out of every pile there was a crappy one she made sure to give me as many crappy ones she could sneak in)

  Great shop, accidentally gave a bad review previously but found out through the courteous staff that I had made a mistake and posted it to the wrong flower shop!!! So sorry to Serendipty. The lady who called me was very calm and sweet and the mishap was corrected. I hope I didn't do too much damage to a business that is top knotch for conflict resolution and customer service. Thanks again!!!

  This place has a variety of different things it's not just a flower shop. They sell crystals and gem stones here. Lot of cute gift ideas and unique items.

  A cute little store with a lot of options. A wide range of items including fresh cut flowers, succulents, planters and even semi precious stones!
