I was initially skeptical about the content sale held online when my wife showed me the stuff. We got in touch with Cory who is the director of operations and he answered all our questions promptly and honestly. The whole buying experience was amazing. Will come back and purchase more from Cory again when the need arises. The website is well polished and the presentation accurate. Actually met with Corey in person when he accompanied the shipment to our new home and we had a very friendly chat. Well worth the money and the effort. Thank you Corey for the great job!

I rarely leave reviews but had to share my amazing experience with Sell My Stuff Canada and their Director of Operations Cory Feinstein. The website is great, the images accurate, the payment was seamless and pick up was organized. There was a small issue with one item. Cory returned my email with a call in 5 minutes and solved the problem in 20! All while being so pleasant and professional. Thanks again.

So I contacted Sell my stuff at the end of June. I felt it was hard to connect with him. The man that worked there missed a phone meeting and told me my email wasn’t working ( funny, for everybody else my email worked) I was told one of the options was that because of Covid I could take my own pictures. In the end, after I spent hours taking pictures The person told me he couldn’t use them as there was an issue uploading them. It took over 4 months to get our sale going as they were having website issues. Trying to get a hold of the person in charge for answers was difficult and he never got a hold of me when he said he would.
In the end the sale did not sell a lot of stuff (which I do not blame the company for) however when in the contract it said we would receive our earnings within 1,2 business days. That’s what I expect. It’s been 4 days now and I was told that it was not their fault because of the mail. He did offer to bring a check but I trust it is coming. I just felt if it’s in the contract they should abide by that.

I've been going to these events for many years and wanted to say that management is doing a great job in organizing each event, especially during COVID times. Selection of items is very interesting and unique. I am looking forward to a new event every week to find something new at the bargain prices.

I dealt with Cory regarding a content sale in my mothers home. He worked VERY hard to sell everything. We had an old baby grand piano that I just wanted to get rid of and not have to move out of the house on my own. He was very determined to sell it and it was not easy but he got it done! Cory was always very focused on great customer service through the whole experience. He goes the extra mile at every phase of the process. He is very kind and so easy to deal with. He knows his stuff and will get the best price possible! It was a pleasure to deal with him.
