When my family first started ordering from here we always thought that the sauce tasted bad but still ordered because it was cheep and because they were the closest to our house. I then started going to a different place but once they closed I started going back to them. Every time i go to them they charge me a different price for that same order each time. Not only that but I always find hair, tiny rocks, and dirt in the pizza. Never have I ordered and the pizza be perfect. On top of all that the employees are rude and act as if they can't understand simple English. They make fun of you when you complain and act as if you are lying. My pizza was cooled and had hair in it. When I told them to heat up my pizza they didn't want to but when I got mad they took it in to heat it up. While I was waiting I saw one of their employees touching the cheese without gloves on and while touching the cheese she also touched her hair and wiped her nose. I have no cluse why I didn't say anything then but I would like to inform you all. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I'd like to know if this has happened to anyone else too. Please comment and let me know. I've called fraser health and thankfully they will be taking further steps to fix this problem.

Staffed by inconsiderate and rude teenagers who nickel and dime customers over pizza toppings and don't care if they make the pizza wrong, then make fun of the customers.

Good pizza, crispy crust, fresh plentiful toppings, reasonable prices. Only one major flaw, they advertise delivery on their website, you know the thing EVERY SINGLE PIZZA PLACE has, but they don't actually deliver.

Horrible horrible customer service. I will never order from here again after 3 wrong orders in a row and multiple requests for a phone call from management ignored. I will not support this terribly run business anymore. My friend's husband got food poisoning from here and i STILL tried to give them a chance. Done.

I literally had to call the Health Board on them today.
We ordered our staff lunch for pick up and when I went to pick up the girl was fluffing up the raw mushrooms with her bare hands, then she went did the cash, the the next person with debit, then went straight back to the mushrooms..Ewww..for one all that cross contamination just made me sick! I mentioned it to them and all they said was oh Ok. like they did not care a bit. Hope the Health Board wakes them up some. Idiots!response / report this review -
