I brought my vehicle in to repair interior light problem. They charged $140.00 did not fix problem, changed the remote start (was working fine before). Told me they couldn't find the problem but would continue to look but it was going to cost more money. They also did a "repair" on my daughter's truck, charged over $400.00 the problem continued. She took it to another dealership who advised her that they had put in the wrong part. I have a recall on my vehicle but will take it elsewhere.

My experience at Scougall Motors was super. The staff, and service I received, was very professional. I recommend anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle near Lethbridge, AB consider visiting Scougall Motors. Allen's quality service and sale was both professional and complete. I appreciate how he took the time to introduce my car to me and really took the time to make sure I received everything I had wanted. I also appreciate Jady's organized fashion of work. All in all, I am very pleased with my new purchase and the service I received at Scougalls.
