Room's were very clean and modern. Beds and pillows were comfortable and noise was at a minimum at night. Staff was friendly. Internet and TV amenities were excellent. Restaurant was good, but nothing to call home about.

I stayed there for two weeks. The staff is very friendly and polite. The room was clean but the window didn't open. So it got very stuffy. My tv didn't work and I asked the staff numerous times to have it fixed. It was never done so I just gave up.

Basic hotel for a fair price. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and heating unit worked well. They could not provide thinner pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was basic but sufficient. I would have no problem staying here again.

Clean rooms, casino style bar, liquor store attached and there is a gym area available. Rooms were clean, just make sure to ask for a room at the end of the halls. Rooms are not very sound proof

The service was really good, and the Continental breakfast was one of the better ones out there. I would recommend to stay here. The rooms are nice and the food is good

Just awful service. Other reviews mention this too and they are right, the staffing and training are dismal. Several people were screaming in the hallways and partyingthe hotels response when I asked them to deal with it was"they're young, they'll get tired eventually" ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
One day after they came to clean the room they took the shower curtain, and didn't return it for several days!
We had several rooms booked for a work shift, and they treated us like crap. It's a slow economy and the hotel was mostly empty, barely any vehicles in the parking lotsmust be nice not to need business?
They will absolutely find a way to screw things up for your stay. If you do choose to stay here, do not go downstairs to the pub on wing night, $10 for the saddest pound of wings you've ever seen. If work hadn't paid for the room, I would have switched to a different hotel.

The building and amenities are fairly good, however the staff here are incredibly incompetent. We stayed here for work purposes for a week using a cross shift schedule and they could not seem to understand how this worked even though they are in the heart of Alberta oil country. The room did not even get cleaned to first 3 days and even after they figured it out it was a battle to get them to come at the right time. I was woken up a few times by maids trying to come in and clean. They keep their gym about as hot as a sauna which is no fun to work out in. And during breakfast the wait staff simply forgot about me on several occasions after ordering a simple water. I would just walk out, full but very thirsty and leave no tip.

My bed had horrible sag in it as well and after a week I have awful lower back pain upon waking up.
