World of Spas is awesome. We purchased a club 5 hot tub from them just over 3 years ago and our experience has been fantastic. From the purchase to subsequent visits to pick up my chemicals I have had nothing but great customer service. The staff at both the Saskatoon and Red Deer location are great and are always willing to answer any questions you might have. I use my hot tub almost daily and have yet to even have the slightest of issues. I highly recommend you check them out.

Got a phone call right after I posted my earlier comments about the massage chair. So I was told to expect the massage chair to arrive on Tuesday Aug. 1,2017. I called my husband who is now oversea to update him about the massage chair, he will be pleased to hear the good news.

We bought our Visscher Lake Louise Gazebo a little over five years ago to house our big hot tub. It has been a wonderful addition to our backyard! It is well built, sturdy, looks great and houses our big hot tub beautifully! Shortly after installation, a big crack in the dome happened. We let Dynasty Spas know and we were sent an upgraded dome free of charge! We appreciated the service and love love, love our Gazebo! Thank you Dynasty Spas!

We received a spa and massage chair from Dyanasty in October. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and my husband has chronic back pain. The combination of both the spa and the massage chair have really helped mitigate the pain as well as improve our sleep.

The staff at Dynasty are always available to answer our questions and have worked hard to ensure our concerns are always addressed. Working out the best balances for the water treatment can be tricky but we're getting the hang of it.
