I had a large rug cleaned by themthey quoted me $45 for the whole thing. I thought that was greatwhich is why I went with them. Otherwise I would have kept looking around or cleaned myself. When all was done I got the bill$180!!! After going back and fourth a bit they lowered the price to $120I appreciated that. But would have appreciated more if they had honored the quote I was given!! Will definitely not be using again.

Dave spent a long time on our carpets focusing on the many stains. It looks so much better. He was very professional and courteous and we would definitely use Sani-Tech again for future cleaning jobs.

Sani-Tech Services did excellent work cleaning the area rugs and upholstery in our home. They were prompt, polite and worked hard to ensure that the job was done well. I don't hesitate to recommend them for your cleaning needs.

I've been using SaniTech services for carpet cleaning for years. They always do a phenomenol job. Last time they were here, they got a significant black grease stain out (from a chair that had been sitting over the carpet). They had to work at it, but it completely came out!! I applaud their efforts. Carpets look great and I receive numerous compliments on them regularly (3 separate compliments in one month, in fact, since they were here last).

I used Sani-Tech for a move out carpet clean and they were fantastic. Peter was professional and prompt in his response and scheduling, and the staff that handled the clean was prompt and quick. The end product was a clean carpet and a full damage deposit returned. Thank you Peter + Sani-Tech team!

I found Sanitech on the internet and they were so easy to deal with. I booked an appointment, they came when they said they would and they started cleaning. They left my furniture spotless. When it dried I could really see the difference. They now have all my business.

Re: recent experience with SaniTech. Rep Dave arrived on time and explained to me in detail what he was doing and the estimated time. He completed the upholstery cleaning sooner than estimated and gave me a ten percent discount. I really appreciated his honesty. Would certainly recommend this establishment without hesitation.

I had forgotten to call a carpet cleaning company when i was leaving my character rental house and had left it to the very last minute right before a long weekend ! I phoned three companies that basically almost laughed at me on the phone . I saw Sani-Tech had good reviews and so I called them only to be answered by a friendly lady who talked to me like I was an old friend. I immediately wished I had called them to begin with . And what's more.. when I told her my predicament , she said that Peter, the Tech would work on the day of the holiday just to get my carpets cleaned !!! They seriously saved the day. Peter arrived on the day a bit early which happened also to be a godsend as it left time for the carpets to dry ! He was prompt, professional but friendly, and got right to work. He thoroughly and efficiently clean the carpets and even did an extra rug on the way out the door ! They are definitely my carpet cleaning company now ! Thanks so much . For the expert and thorough cleaning my carpets and rugs got the price was incredible ! Thank you !

I am very pleased about how clean the Sani-Tech technician got my carpets, sofa and dining chairs. They look and smell like new despite being years old. The technician was professional, arriving on time and clearly itemizing costs on the invoice. It was obvious that he took pride in his job and wanted to produce quality results. I would use Sani-Tech Services again and have already recommended them to friends.
