Another batch from Aidan and Ruxandra's amazing and beautiful wedding at the end of September. Everyone was a ridiculous amount of fun to work with, and the whole day was great, even though we did fight a little drizzle down at the Arboretum during the portrait sessions.

Long, long overdue (thanks to a truly legendary series of technical difficulties), here are some of my early favourites from Ruxandra and Aidan's gorgeous wedding way back at the end of September! I've never attended (professionally or otherwise) a Romanian Orthodox wedding before, and it was a fantastic and moving opportunity.
More to come as I finally get through editing these. Thanks again to Ruxi and Aidan for letting me capture their big day, and for their patience in getting their photos finished and delivered!

Spent a fantastic evening down at Petawawa Centennial Park last week getting some engagement shots with Ruxandra and Aidan. I'm already stoked for this wedding - these two are super comfortable in front of a camera and downright adorable together. Can't wait!

Another favourite from Tammy and Skylar's wedding last weekend. Normally a warm spell in January is a great thing, but when it makes the entire outdoors sopping wet, you have to get creative with where you do wedding photos. Luckily, Wesley United Church, Pembroke has a fantastic spiral staircase that gives you lots of fun options!

I was lucky enough to book Ryan for my wedding in May on very short notice (my engagement was only six months long). I felt extremely comfortable with Ryan and my husband and I were very pleased with his work! As an added bonus, Ryan captured photographs of us with the Northern Lights in the background and he very patiently took photographs of several of our friends with the lights as well. I would highly recommend him as a photographer and I hope to work with him again in the future.

Ryan, a Huge Thank You for being part of Melanie and Jesse's wedding July 4, 2015. The drone was a lovely idea and can not wait to see the video. The wedding took place at the Pembroke Waterfront Park at the Chapel site. The rain held off until around 9pm and you stayed to capture photos the entire day!! You are a great sport for sure!! Even the rain drops did not dampen your ability to get that Perfect and Memorable shot!!
You were a great sport taking family photos of all the family members gathered. Some travelled a great distance to share the day with Melanie and Jesse. These family shots will be an added treasure for the bride and groom.
You were such a pleasure to meet and you fit in very well with our laid back family members and friends in attendance. As the Mom of the groom I lead Ryan to various members of the wedding party to take their family group photos as well!! Ryan never skipped a beat and was awesome to work with as I lead him to groups to have photos taken!!
Thank you so very much Ryan!!! A job well done!! Looking forward to seeing all the photos as I am certain are Melanie and Jesse!!!

Ryan is such amazing photographer, fantastic service from start to finish, we are so blown away with our album and the excellent quality of the photographs. He captured great memories of us on our wedding day and of our family and guests. Ryan is very down to earth and professional, courteous and polite, it was great that I never felt rushed. He took his time and you can see how much passion he has from the quality of the photos. If you are looking for a top quality photographer then we'd highly recommend using Ryan Paulson.

Ryan is a fantastic photographer!! Highly recommend for any occasion. We were contest winners with a family photo shoot and he was easy going from the moment we began contact. Was fantastic with our two year old who takes his time to warm up to anyone, and by the end was grabbing Ryan's hand to go play. We will definitely be getting Ryan to do our second son's first birthday photos and any family sessions desired in the future. :) In love with all our photos, thank you for everything Ryan.

Ryan Covered My Beach Volleyball League shooting outdoors with all kinds of shadows and challanges and did a phenominal job of pictures, turned around copies to me very quickly and put together amazing photos. Could not be happier with service!

We used Ryan for a family photo shoot at Riverside Park and for some after wedding fun shot of the wedding couple. Both shoots were relaxed and comfortable.
