When he first started training with us, until a few weeks ago! —————————————————— Tim is always looking to learn new techniques and training methods, and always pushing his limits. He changed up his dietary habits and completely turned his lifestyle around. He has a busy life with a wife and 2 kids, but they make it work! Keep Going!! 💪🏼✊🏼🙏🏻 ———————————————— We have had our highest attendance during the month of June EVER! Well done staying focused and not letting the nice weather pull you away from the healthy habits you’ve worked all year to create! ——————————————— This doesn’t mean don’t enjoy the amazing patios we have here in Steveston. It means try and keep one healthy habit going, something as simple as at least 3 workouts a week! That’s 3 hours out of your week! That’s 3 hours out of 168 hours! That’s 24 hours out of 1,344 hours, which will take you to the end of summer! You think you could accommodate those 24 hours over the next few months? THE YOUNGSTAHH! 🔞 —————————————————————————- A must needed shoutout and congrats goes to the kid, @jasonaginsky. Writing his final exam today marking the end of his High School day’s!—————————————————————————- We normally don’t let teens train in our adult classes, but this is no normal teen. Jason’s maturity, dedication, confidence and flat out work ethic, allowed him to lift with the old folks. I don’t know about you, but in grade 12, waking up to go to the gym at 6am was not on the agenda. This guy for months has come in with a smile on his face, before most of his peers have even thought about what underpants to put on. The great thing is that he would always partner with one of the biggest dudes in the class learn from them, lift with them, shoot the shit with them and just hang out. ————————————————————————- “Whenever he would see me scrambling to set up for a class, he would ALWAYS ask if I needed a hand, not only do no teens do that, but it is rare that even adults do it! (Well done Mr&Mrs Aginsky) One of my favorite memories was one morning I asked who wanted to lead the warmup, and before any of the half asleep adults could say NO, Jason hopped up and said I WILL and off he went He had no clue what he was doing, but he did it and I loved it!” - @russel_sean ————————————————————————-When Jason first started with us Lets be honest, he sometimes looked like Bambi learning how to walk but he has made massive progress in learning HOW his body works, how to work his body, and the proper way to train.
