I was told they had a spot for my ‘41 foot 5th wheel, the owner said it would be tight but fit none the less. I showed up there only to discover I couldn’t even drive INTO the spot because I was too wide and I wouldn’t of been able to put my slides out. The owner’s son running the front desk was about as helpful as a heart attack and could care less that they totally screwed me over and now I’m camping in a CO OP parking lot. On the plus side there was a very helpful tenant who helped to guide me so that was the only positive to this otherwise very sh$tty experience. I’m sure it’s a nice place but what they did to me is completely inexcusable.

Inexpensive for full hookups (hydro, water and sewage) Nothing special. If you are looking for a weekend in the area or a stop over on your trip it is perfect. Showers, laundry, etc. I would recommend it for that. Not a family get away and no play equipment for kids. Just a staging area.

Horrible management. I have seen the owner yelling at people for as little as where they parked. He lost it on me because my dog was barking at him as he walked by. Never go there he will make your life miserable
