The rooms are unclean, poor customer service, towels are stained and dirty, smells, TV's that do not work, lost of power and loud.

The manager is an willing to help or find a solution for the concerns raised. Avoid if possible.

Nothing fancy, but what this budget, family-run motel does, they do very well. Clean, comfortable, and the price is right. I stay here every time I'm in Windsor

The guests stayed there for 3 weeks and they got a pretty good deal. It was better than finding a place on Airbnb where you had to share your bathroom.

I stayed here for 2 nights and while there were a couple of things that I didn't like, I was very impressed with the woman who checked me in as I had a problem with my T.V. and she spent 30 minutes to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. I would definitely come back here again as it's a great location if you're going across the border to watch a game!

This was the worst motel that I've been to by far, wasn't able to get fresh towels, management had atrocious customer service skills. The sheets were filthy, I would not advise anyone to stay here not even for 1 night.

The room was nice, but basic. There was a stove, which was surprising, but no hairdryer. The room seemed clean, nothing that wasn't cleaned that would have been.

The front desk was ready to welcome my family at midnight and helped me take my luggage to my room. I would certainly keep booking a room at the same place in future.very nice clean and comfortable room

This is a awful place the owner scams every one . I stayed for three weeks as I needed short term stay because of moving into the area . He only lets you pay one week at a time then comes up with different excuse every week to increase the rate . He also says look I charge other person more money I gave you better rate . It's almost like a bidding war . He keeps seeing how much people will pay so if you say you will leave he is ok with it as he already has another person line up . Place is very load . All ny long . People in halwaways talking , rooms have bad beds with bed bugs I was bit so many times . I should have left I kept thinking it would quite down , it never did . Go to motel 6 they charge a couple of dollars more but worth it . I should have moved but wanted a stove to cook but in hind sight I would have been better off just microwaving my stuff . Again not a good place , he rips people off with a smile .
