  Great work from Armando and his Royal Painting team. Arrived as scheduled and got right to work. Our older wood siding was power sanded, then everything was masked off for the spraying.Stucco came second. Beautiful job all around. Decided to do the brick at the last minute and it turned out great. We'd highly recommend Royal. Crew was super-friendly and courteous.

  We contracted Royal Painting to remove the old popcorn ceiling and repaint the whole main floor of our new (to us) house. It was a tricky job, as all the walls are textured, there was latex layered over oil-based paint on the ceiling, and the previous owners were smokers so all the walls were stained. Fortunately, Armando agreed to take on the job, and WOW, the results are beautiful!
  
  Armando and team were very thorough in protecting non-painted surfaces, and paid meticulous attention to levelling the ceiling and fixing any damaged surfaces they found (see photos). I couldn't believe the quality of the finish they achieved. They sure know their craft inside and out!
  
  It was a real pleasure working with Armando. The team was skilled, knowledgeable, professional, responsive and so easy to work with. Royal Painting are now my go-to painters, and I highly recommend them for any of your painting needs.

  Armando and his team is the best .They painted my kitchen cabinets, removed popcorn ceiling and painted kitchen ceiling and walls . They love their work and very humble and do more than commitment . I have no words to praise them . They are coming back to do my whole house painting . I am very grateful to Armendo and Admer to help me . Best Best Best …..They are best ……they deserve 10 stars ⭐️

  Amazing work done by Armando and his guys, I am very happy that I called Royal painting and very amazed by the quality of the work done in my house. I painted the entire interior of my house and can say it's just outstanding. They were all very professional and hard working. Highly recommend Royal Painting and will make sure to call them again for me or my relatives.

  WOW! There are not enough words to describe how amazing this company is. They painted my whole house, for an extremely reasonable price and in a great amount of time. The quality of their work is amazing and the people are friendly and professional. I have come across many bad contractors throughout my renovation journey, but this company is by far at the top with the best. They fixed lots of wall damage, and now you cannot even tell it was there. If you are looking for a great painting company, Royal Painting is it. I could go on and on, because I'm so so happy with my home now. Look no further.
