  Ross was very helpful in buying our first home. I informed him the style of house we were looking for and he spent as much time as we did in looking for our new home. He was very accommodating with showing us properties all over the city around my work schedule. We got to see all houses which we showed interest in. Though he had many other clients during the process, he did a very good job with making time for us.
  
  During the time of searching up to when we received the keys, he was always willing to help out anyway he can to ensure my family and myself were comfortable and ultimately, happy with our purchase.

  For those of you that are considering listing your home or purchasing a new one, I kindly ask that you take a moment to read this review and consider my recommendation for Ross Osioway.
  
  I have purchased and sold a number of homes over the years. I’ve worked in residential construction for 30 years and am well aware of what sells and what doesn’t, as well as the importance of presentation and soft skills when it comes to selling homes.
  
  It was imperative that I aligned with a realtor who understood the true value of my home, and had the right mix of skills, genuine interest and drive to get the highest price in the least amount of time.
  
  I had interviewed three realtors… they came with their years of experience, sales awards, and their confidence but they didn’t understand the true value of my property nor did they have a genuine level of interest or an intuitive sense, which is key to opening the door to successful collaboration on any level.
  
  Upon meeting Ross and consulting with him, he checked off all the boxes and some I didn’t have on my list. He shared insights that no other realtor did which helped to accurately price and position my property.
  
  Ross valued the time, money and physical work I had put in to showcasing my home. He went above and beyond to successfully collaborate and meet me right where I needed to be on that and he didn’t miss a beat. My home sold for top dollar in short order.
  
  I’ve referred him to my son, for his first purchase, to my niece for their first listing, and to my friends and associates because I know, without a doubt, Ross has their best interests at heart. He is a rare breed!

  I used Ross for purchasing my home. I was moving to Alberta from another province. He listened to what I wanted in a home. He took the time to show me different areas to consider. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He answered my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Ross for your real estate needs and will definitely use again in the future.

  I sold my condo recently with Ross. The experience was stress free and Ross was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with every step along the way. He was very timely on providing routine market updates as well as immediate feedback post showing of my unit. All the administration was handled by Ross and it was extremely simple closing out the sale. He also recommended a great law partner to assist with the process. Thanks Ross for the great job!!   I had the pleasure of selling my home using Ross as our agent, that’s right pleasure. He by far was one of the most professional people I’ve ever met . He takes his job seriously and is kind caring and goes out of his way for his clients. Ross sold our home in a record of 12 days on market . He had all the knowledge about all the details of selling our home and marketed it professionally. Overall I wish more people were like Ross , punctual, kind, motivated, knowledgeable, communicative, and a real people person . I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home or perhaps looking for a home . Five stars plus more !
