Poor service. Salesperson did not seem particularly interested in helping us find the phone we were looking for.
Sent us to a couple competitors who did not have it in stock. Returned and was met with the same disinterest.

I got what I asked for without problems and some of the features and changes of the new phone were highlighted while the processing of the change was handled. Overall a good experience. They didn't have the specific case I was looking for but they did suggest a couple places I could try.

The Asian guy with the nose ring really knew what he was talking about. He was able to get me the 6s+ and actually made me save a ton of money by putting me on a newer plan. Only giving him 4 stars coz I didn't like his socks :P

I went there to purchase a phone, the staff was extremely helpful. I talked to the guy that's been there for like 10 years and it definitely showed in his ability to help me. I think his name was Cory
