It's a great network, you get great deals on handset and plans, but what most of all counts is the service at Polo park location, hands down they are outstanding, I have a problem with my handset and they were willing to exchange it, though I had it for a week, right now I am enjoying my phone very much - thanks y'all

Went in with my iPad I bought from SoftBank in Japan and wasn't sure if I could yet a SIM card for a data plan but the sales rep was great. No hassles on trying a SIM card to see if it would even work in the first place. Was explained everything clearly and quickly. Was in and out within 20 minutes, a happy camper.
