Went down to go eat by myself at 7pm, and was asked to come back later since they were too busy.
I stay at the 4Points regularly, and have noted that Ric’s grill service is degrading rapidly.
Food has been served overdone, or wrong orders delivered, have to catch servers attention in order to order food and drinks and now this!!

I have eaten here numerous times and I don't know why, sometimes the service is good others it's non existent, the food is garbage, cheap quality, the menu boast of this great quality, I would bet they use none of what is written, their burgers are stuff with fillers, steaks undersized, overall brutal food quality.

Vast selection of drinks - of wine and whiskey in particular as well as cocktails. But they are a bit pricey on some selections including beer. Very clean. Never had issues with staffing, pleasant and knowledgeable. Many happy returns!

We had breakfast at Ric's Grill on Sunday. It was very nicely done. I had the Salmon Eggs Benedict and I appreciated that it had a real nice piece of salmon on it. The potatoes were so evenly done, I was trying to figure out how they did it. The staff was accommodating and brought me exactly what I asked for. Very tasty Calgary location for breakfast.

Often stop in here on when in the area. Nice little hotel restaurant with very good food. Local Beers on tap and just a nice spot to stop in for an evening pint and snack.

My husband was on a business trip and we came across this restaurant and thought we would give it a try. We came here twice during the trip. The food was absolutely prepared well and tasted very yummy. I ordered fish and it was cooked to perfection - cooked throughout yet still moist and juicy inside. My husband ordered steak both times, and again it was cooked to exactly how he'd like it. A lot of restaurants we've been to over cook the steak, but Ric's Lounge & Grill nailed it both times. The service was awesome. The manager was very warm and friendly. The server (Amanda) was very polite, attentive and thoughtful. We would come here again next time we visit the city. Good job!

Restaurant is very clean and modern. Booths were large and their shape encourages group conversation. Staff was friendly and prompt. Children's menu was well priced and value was excellent. I didn't enjoy the Fish and chips, at $20, the quality of the dish was comparable to a $15 plate at a pub. On the receipt I was overcharged 0.75 on each pint of The Bavarian lager.
