It was okay but I booked a consultation at 1 pm and when I got there they told me it was 2:30 pm. However, 2:30 was never mentioned on the call as I have class that time. It was confirmed at 1 and she apparently wrote it in her phone but when I got there they told me 2:30. It was very disorganized and staff seemed rude and unwelcoming to me on the phone and in person. I don’t know how the actual laser is considering I did not get it or won’t be but from customer service alone and the disorganization with booking, I was disappointed.
Modified: This is a very genuine reply, if that is what is wanted. I understand you are a small business but this was a confirmed appointment and the business seemed disorganized which happens. I was not your client because I never came back after the last-minute "consultation" that was experienced. You did not remember me as a customer and I had a bad experience, I am just stating my genuine experience and it continues to stay this way.

Great customer service, Comfortable atmosphere, clean and proffessional! I went for underarm and bikini hair laser removal and it was my first time and I ended up buying more services. The technician Jess is very professional, she uses one of the newest technologies and she cares about getting results for your treatment. She makes sure that the heat intensity of the laser is comfortable and that the whole area is treated equally and she is open to answer any questions. I recommend Rejuvilaser 51 to all my family and friends.

Warm and welcoming environment. The clinic is clean! The process was quick and easy and the technician is very kind and eliminated any concerns I had. Overall, great experience!
