I think it's probably a great weekday, after work spot. A bit quiet on weekends.

Been a regular for 4 years. Asked last Thurs to have a table for 7 to celebrate my birthday the next day. I was told by the waitress the restaurant was fully booked. So I asked the manager on duty and he said he could get me a table but not my usual one.
I went in a bit early on the Friday and noticed th 2 tables I had requested to reserve were wide open. I asked the hostess if they were reserved as I was told they were from the day before and she stated they were not and I could get my usual spot.
Terrible customer appreciation to get blown off and treated like this after being such a loyal customer since they opened. I recommend you go to Joeys Au Claire. They were more then happy to accommodate my birthday party without a reservation.

Great service and good food when I was there. If you are into Irish Pub, you’ll find a home there . Can be quite loud at time however.

On a non -buay night, tuesady at 7. Sat for 10 minutes before anyone came to my table brought me a menu then left 7 minutes, took my drink order and asked if i wanted a minute to decide food. No one came back to the table for 20 minutes. Checked on me once and then ignored me for another 30 minutes. 20 od which I've been sat doing because i wanted to carry - out the remainder and get dessert. Going to get dessert to-go otherwise I'll still be here tomorrow morning. Food was good and that's the only saving grace here.

Still waiting for a drink. It's been 40 minutes. Waitress is drunk 9:20pm. She's been back and forth to our table 3 times to get one order straight. Awful service. Won't be back!

Looks small Fon the outside but it is actually a pretty big place. Lots of beer selection including craft beers. Food was good. Lots of TVs to watch sports.

This was the venue chosen for my boyfriends high school graduation after grad party. I thought that 35$ per ticket, purchased months in advance, not including any drinks or food was quite expensive. It cost more at the door 50$ to be exact. We lined up to enter and the bouncer took my ticket and checked my ID gave me an 18+ wristband and a re-admittance stamp on my wrist. I walked in through the gates arriving at a second bouncer who was "checking" purses, all he did was ask me if I had "any drugs or alcohol" I said no and he didn't even check and make sure. My boyfriend proceeds through and they begin to pat him down completely. All of that aside, we go into the bar and I order a coconut malibu and coke, it costs $7.50 which is reasonable. The bar tender treats me well calling me "honey", but my boyfriend goes to order a drink and uses the word please, obviously the bartender doesn't hear him the first time and rudely waits for him to repeat himself, after he repeats the word please the bartender says "there you go." Not only this, we are sitting at a table later on in the night and I see another employee eyeballing a group of us. He comes over and very rudely says to my boyfriend and his friends that if they are going to "share drinks to do it safely." I felt like we were being accused for something that was not even happening. Overall, my first experience at this venue, and such a horrible experience will result in me never returning.

This place is really great to go for a drink. I have never had the food but it always looks good at least. Service is friendly and only slow when it is very busy. Great happy hour pricing and pricing of drinks in general.

Beer is cold. Typical pub grub and pub service. Good place for a quick drink after work.

Frequent stop for myself and Co workers. Food is consistently good and service is great. Can get pretty busy so a reservation never hurts.

If you have ever worked in downtown Calgary, you have almost certainly been to (any of the current or former) Ceili's (KAY-lees) at least once. This is the "new" location much busier than the other location in West downtown. Extremely popular with the locals, it's packed-especially at lunch time and after work. Casual atmosphere, tons of beer on tap, good food and specials, sports, very attractive staff (and patrons)
