  We were declined at the bank for our mortgage. We took our file to Jean-Guy the same day and he got right to work. He wasted no time and knew exactly how to help us. The next day, by just after noon we already had an approval thanks to Jean-Guy! As a nurse in a temporary line, we were told securing a mortgage would be difficult. However, Jean-Guy was very knowledgeable on how to deal with this. As first time home-buyers, we also weren't sure of everything included in the whole process. Jean-Guy made everything incredibly easy for us and shared his knowledge and expertise and referred us to anyone we needed to make the whole thing come together. He is incredibly kind and noticeably loves to help his clients get what they're after. Highly recommend him if you're looking for a mortgage broker!

  My fiance, Tyler and I want thank our incredible mortgage broker Jean-Guy Turcotte and his helpful assistant, Jacqueline White at Regional Mortgage Group. Tyler and I are first-time home buyers and our realtor recommended Jean-Guy. Jean-Guy was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions (especially the silly ones). We were able to video chat via ZOOM with Jean-Guy, and he explained in great detail all documents and addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner. He even followed up after our closing date to check how our move went; so thoughtful! If you're in need of a mortgage broker, or if your mortgage interest rate is up for renewal, look no further!
