The next Really Really Free Market is on Saturday, November 3! We open at 10am and tear down at 4pm. We are unable to accept donated items after 3pm. The earlier you bring your items the more likely they will find new homes. But you also don't have to bring stuff to take stuff 🙌🏽

Hey everyone! There was an error on a previous post. The correct sentence is "After their one hour is up, market visitors are allowed to come back at 3 pm, to take as much stuff as they want.The limits are off at 3 pm!" Apologies for any misunderstanding caused.

Yes, the Really Really Free Market operates on the first Saturday of every month, ALL-YEAR-ROUND! Thanks to the cold weather we are moving indoors! You will find us at Campbell Park in the Clubhouse (brown brick building) by the skating rink 🏠⛸. Please notice visits times have now been changed to 1 hour ⏱

Due to our increasing popularity, we have decided to invite visitors to browse the free market for 1 hour⏱. Previously this was two hours, but we have had to make changes to prevent congestion and overcrowding in the market. 1 hour still gives you lots of time to fill your one large shopping bag to the brim!🛍 Market visitors are allowed to leave and come back again later throughout the day. Thank you for your continued cooperation! 💚

QUICK FACT: A Really Really Free Market is *not a swap market*. That means that the limit of what you take is the same whether you bring - a truckload of stuff (but please don't do that, lol), - nothing. The mandate is to give everyone a taste of no-exchange: give without expecting a return, take without having to give something in return.

Instead of heading straight to the Dollar Store to stock up on Halloween decorations you're only going to use once a year head over to Pinterest and type in "upcycle Halloween decorations" - there's so many great ideas that use items you can easily find in your recycling bin and around your home ♻️ Save money & reduce waste at the same time! 🎃

Most people don't want to get caught wearing the same Halloween costume as the year before. which can lead to a lot of waste when it comes to buying and wearing these outfits for only 1 day of the year. Bring last year's costume to our Really Really Free Market on October 6th and pass it on to someone else!

What I love best about the Really Really Free Market is that it is a non-judgmental space where ALL kinds of people can come together to give, take and share in an atmosphere of inclusion. The volunteers are friendly and helpful and do an amazing job month after month, regardless of season, weather or disgruntled attendees! Kudos!!!

The team of rrfmarket are really dedicated and devoted.
Today on April 7 th 2018,Saturday i had been to campbell park.Observed the Volunteers worked hard
From 10 AM to 3 PM making a chance to over 300 people to avail the oppurtunity of getting clothes,Books,winter coats,Jackets,Shoes,Toys
Children comics,novels etc.
I personally congratulated the team of volunteers who are packing the residue material for the next month free market.This is a great noble work that every one in the

I've been to 2 markets and I absolutely love it. It's a free swap run by dedicated volunteers. Always a new haul of items. A little cozy in the winter which will surely help you thaw.
Watch gratefully as belongings that have served you well find new homes. Or find just the item you didn't know you were looking for.
Events like this are about what each person brings; whether that's unwanted items or a wonderful energy. I've seen patrons pick up fallen items and strangers encourage each other to make bold wardrobe choices. Always a lovely time at RRFM.response / report this review -

I'm a volunteer and work with a great bunch of enthusiastic volunteers who run this event. We start working at 8 am doing set up, and finish packing all items that are left over around 5 pm. These items go to charity so nothing is wasted. Over the last 5+ years, market goers have taken home FREE: clothing, shoes, household goods, kitchen items, sporting goods, jewellery, books and toys for themselves and their children. I am so grateful there is enough for everyone who are in need. I encourage everyone to thank the organizer Suzan as it was her idea to start the market in this location! To market goers, thank you for coming out and bringing your items! For those who don't have anything to bring that is okay as well, there is enough for everyone. All are welcome.
