  Went in for a stainless steel range hood, had excellent customer service when trying to find if in stock. They even got it from the top shelf, half price.

  Poor sevice mark thinks of on pill said they had 30 pipe and the young guy didn't find it , then i noticed on pill (looks like they supplied all the product i paid for .now i have to go back in morning and straighten this miss out ,so at this time best i don't rate this visit.

  Don't know why people have only gave Rona 3 stars, it's a great place with very nice staff, you can go with the kids and they will get free popcorn. It is definitely a 5 star operation.

  Disappointing.
  
  Rona probably had what I was looking for, and when I asked for help, someone in the store was paged to help me. However, I ended up standing in the electrical isle for maybe 20 minutes, and no one came. When I went to the cash to purchase what I had settled for, there were only two lanes open, and line-ups at both.
  
  I put what I wanted back, and left.

  Trying to do online shopping and comparing and can't even get to a page to look at the products. The only thing I can get to us their hour page. Really not liking the ease of use for the website.
