Been coming to this place since i was a kid. It has everything a gamer needs. The staff are awesome and the selection of video games is great.

Not a bad place if you are not a PC'er i.e. Consoler. They don't always seem fair with respect to their trade-in value - always seems they want to make more of a profit than what they deserve but the staff are most always friendly and the store is always clean

I had a game that would say "disc unreadable" at random times so I took it to them to have it fixed. It now won't work at all! Very disappointed

Went to trade in my xbox 360, had no idea they wouldnt take games not in cases ( eb games does), the staff member working there literally pushed them back at me when i tried to show them to him. Complete lack of customer service. I think I'll drive to Saskatoon instead of dealing with this place.

Always welcome here. Great staff and great prices for classics and new games. Granted would like more money for games when trading them in but over all great service.
