Uxbridge realtors haven't kept up with pricing when compared to Peterborough or even Port Perry. In my neighbourhood, the big money for homes comes from GTA realtors because they understand the value of an Uxbridge home - without underpricing it. In Peterborough an older ranch style bungalow is being sold in 700's and this home requires large upgrades. Across the street from me, a new style bungalow is listed under 700K with closer proximity to the GTA. Sorry, but it's about time somebody stated this!
