WOW! I keep telling everyone how much of a hidden gem this little place is! Home made fresh breakfast in the morning, a gorgeous room filled with history, and an awesome little town to pop through! Wally makes this place feel like home, and I will definitely be back, and telling everyone about it! Loved the time spent here, wasn't enough!

This place is amazing! We spent our wedding night here and are back again. The homemade apple chips are delicious! The antique vintage atmosphere is something that only time can duplicate. We will be back again

So this is my first experience with a bed and breakfast, something that just the thought of makes me extremely uncomfortable with that, these wonderful people changed my mind! Beautiful history, great rooms and fantastic service! I'm pleasantly surprised and happy I was forced so far outside my comfort zone!!

Built in the late 1800s this B&B is the last remaining Roadhouse in the area. It has been immaculately restored by Wally, the owner and host. It is really a thing of beauty.

We booked online 30 minutes before our arrival and Wally was not home and the house was locked, so we were not sure what to do. We called the # on the door, and Wally returned our call within 20 minutes apologizing as he was out to dinner with family. He walked us through getting in and getting to our room over the phone.

Our room was gorgeous, with no detail left to chance. Bed was soft and fluffy and I am not joking when I say it was so clean I could have eaten off the bathroom floor.

Wally came and introduce himself immediately upon his return. He is super friendly.

There was some traffic noise and there is a great old grandfather clock the gongs on the hour, but there are earplugs for sale for $1 in the hallway if you are a light sleeper.

Breakfast was fantastic strong coffee (Wally says it was so good because he's had 40+ years of practice), fresh fruit, many kinds of granola and cereals, fresh apple rhubarb cobbler, and a good company.

Would recommend this B&B to anyone stopping in the area.

Went there today because they were giving away rhubarb. Very friendly owners and cute property/Bed and breakfast. Cannot wait to go there soon and spend a weekend here. And I can't wait to start baking with the fresh rhubarb gifted to me from them

I visit Langley at least once a month, and I always stay at Princess and the Pea. It's a beautiful historic house, and Wally and Sharon are wonderful hosts. Rooms are comfortable winter and summer, and the beds are to die for! If you need exercise there's a great pub and a good strip mall within walking distance. For the price, I couldn't ask for more.

Charming historic BNB with lots of character, just like it's owners! Oh and the biggest bath tub I've ever been in!
This place has repeat customers as it is such a great place to stay and it's pricing is fantastic, especially given its central location.

    Sharon and Wally are wonderfully
gracious hosts and made my stay a very pleasant one. The breakfast was
delicious, especially the homemade muffins! All the food is organic and that is
important to me. The bed was very comfortable, the towels soft and fluffy and
the room very cozy. A great experience all around. The location is great if you
are in Langley and a very easy commute to Vancover. A definite 10 out of
    10

Absolutely adorable b'nb! You feel right at home from the first step in the door. Super clean, with very comfortable beds. Wally (owner) will go out of his way to even serve you at breakfast and makes sure your coffee stays topped up. Highly recommend, will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.
