Gross rooms. Toilet seat was dirty, half used shampoo bottles still around. Bathtub definitely wasn't cleaned. There is someone's hair all over the room. Housekeeping must be blind or just incredibly lazy and bad at their job.

I was here for a course and was booked in by my employer. This would be the last place I would ever stay if I had a choice. There is really sketchy looking people hanging around outside and inside this hotel. The rooms were filthy and the sheets on our bed were stained. The room smelled of cigarettes even though it was non smoking room. I will never come back here again ever!

Vagrants hanging around the lobby and front entrance day and night. Doesn't give a very safe feeling. I wouldn't stay there again.

I loved the service the hotel had to offerBut I went to eat at the tamerack grill and I told the waitress I was a medical from up NorthAnd she looked at my slip and took it to the front desk and tried to make them lower my bill. Terrible service from both waitresses this morning. But the rest of my stay was amazing.

The guest rooms can be a little dated, but everything is clean and comfortable. The location is really good; close to plenty of services and connected to the Casino.

The staff are very helpful. I've done a number of workshops here and the staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. It's a good location to hold an event or meeting.

Buffet was great! Great selection and tasted wonderful. Some of the items ran out and had to wait for more, but for the most part it was good.

The security guards were nice. The maintenance workers didn't really let you tell you your reasoning for things like wearing a shirt for swimming. There was blood on my bed sheets but I got them switched.
