My experience here this time was aweful. The dining service and food was terrible. In one hallway the emergency lights did not work when the power went out. My room only was made up one time before 4pm. They booked me the wrong room and then when I arrived and informed them of their mistake they did move me but then charged me a higher price then I was quoted over the phone. Needless to say I won't be staying here again. And would not recommend this hotel.

very friendly hotel clean and neat. People who worked there were great. Internet is a problem,seems they need more powerful modems. I will stay there again. Food was very good especially the butter chicken.

We stay here for business and it is a great hotel. Great breakfast choices. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is always comfortable. One day on our last stay housekeeping missed our room but it wasn't a big issue as we aren't super messy and I'm sure they would have immediately come had we mentioned it to them. The restaurant has good food and huge portions. There is an attached bar as well which serves more casual bar food which is great for sharing

very polite staff at check in and through out my stay. Found the best price for me. Hotel was clean and modern. Amazing customer service from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. It also has a free breakfast served at the restaurant that was great.

Excellent service, great value considering price and location.
The hotel is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very unique for a Best Western. You went to the restaurant and were given a card to make your breakfast selections. The menu selection was excellent as in any full service establishment. Your selection was then delivered to your table. If visiting in the area give this hotel consideration.response / report this review -

Nice hotel, beautiful rooms. Internet works great throughout hotel. Very reasonably priced and includes breakfast.
Great location right on the highway coming in from Melfort, SK.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were clean. Breakfast and food was great. Staff were nice and friendly. Shower was a little hot and cold though.

Great hotel! The front desk were very helpful and pleasant. The continental breakfast was very good. The room is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The only drawback is that there is no pool or hot tub.

Decent location (South-central), close to arena and casino. Hotel has a restaurant and there is an A & W across the street. Had a king suite room - king bed and double-size sofa bed. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Clean bathroom and shower had good flow and lots of hot water. Very friendly staff and efficient check-in. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. nice staff very relaxing. I had some minor issues this last trip HOWEVER it does not cause me to think negatively about this hotel.. . I have future dates already booked with this hotel (water under the bridge)
