Precision Auto takes care of the Free Clothing BC trailer. They've tested the wiring, replaced tires and done a fantastic job of maintaining it's hubs and various other parts. They've been kind and generous in helping us deliver clothing, household items, diapers and formula to families in need in Surrey, Langley and Abbotsford areas. We're forever grateful for their support, help and repairs.

We had an issue with our van that required getting deep into the engine's pulley system. My husband is pretty mechanical, but he didn't have the time for a job this huge. He doesn't trust most shops, but he trusts Precision Auto Service to be just that, precision. They'll never do a half way job and that's why we go to them. When we want something done right the first time, we call Precision. They have real passion for what they do.

Was visiting from out of town and had a couple issues and questions with my vehicle. I stopped by precision auto service in Langley and Scott, Lawrence and the team there took care of me too a T. They were professional all the way and answered every question I had. Since then I have referred many friends to the same location with confidence, and they have delivered the same level of service.

I called for a rough estimate for a part and test over the phone and the guy who answered kept bashing my mechanic who has been a busy mechanic owing his own honest and successful business for over thirty years he didn't have the appropriate equipment to do what my vehicle needed and all I asked was what was it going to cost to get a particular diagnostic piece tested and put in and no matter what I asked the guy he would not give me the cost even though I gave him the make and model of vehicle and explained I just wanted to have a rough price so I could budget. The man on the phone acted like everyone else who was giving me advice about my vehicle had no clue what they were talking about and was acting extremely unprofessional and Arrogant. I will not waste my time at this place as they obviously have some serious mental issues
Wish I could only give this place half a star for the fact that they answered their phone.

Professional service on sprinter. Tricky problem solved in a timely matter (same day). Hard to be better/get faster appointment. They succeded where the dealership attempted and failed! Pricey, but in the end you save with a precise diagnostic

Place is a joke I just called and asked for a quote was told they don't do quotes on customer owned parts or Install them. My dads company gets a good deal 40% off on Auto parts for his company vehicles, Why should I pay somebody 80% more money on parts. They will charge you an extra 40% on the parts that they already get a 30% discount from Lordco Or Napa, Terrible customer service. Don't get here clearly there just in it for the money and not the customer or there vehicle, Name brands a name brand if the part breaks I expect a warranty from the parts company not a mechanic who installed the thing!.. DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE !!!

Precision is a extremely professional shop that did a pre purchase inspect for me on a sprinter.

They gave me a copy of the code issues so I could look up them up as well as a list of mechanical issues. Will be back to them If I need service in Langley! I am from the Interior of BC.

As I wait. One of the best shops around. Clean, friendly and trusted. I send all my family and friends here. If your looking for cheap work this is not the shop for you. If your looking for work done RIGHT the first time with honest pricing this is your place. Call them up you will be happy you did.

This is the first time I've wholly trusted a shop. They always call before work is done and tell me what I can hold off on, and for how long. Service is always prompt in an emergency need. I always appreciate their candor and the fact that they have a customer appreciation program is great! Will always highly recommend them.
