I love this store!! As a first time mom they have been very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been going since my little one was 1 month old. I have used the healing hollows oils, diaper liners, diaper covers etc. I am impressed with the help I receive and problem solving help. I went in last week as my lo cloth diapers seem to leak at night. After talking with the owner she suggested a Bamboo insert and oh my I'm so glad I tried it. My little one not only slept the night but no leaks and this was after 3, 4 oz bottles and breastfeeding. Wow!! Thanks for all your help !!!!

I've been into the store on multiple occasions, and each time the customer service has been phenomenal! They are more than happy to chat, answer questions, and offer their own first hand experience using the products they carry. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store to other moms and babies.

The staff here are extremely helpful without being pushy at all. If you need something that they don't carry, they will help you find it somewhere else or order it in for you. If there is something that they usually carry but isn't in stock during your visit, they will take your name and phone number and call you when it arrives. Every purchase we've made here has been wonderful! Don't let the "boutique" label fool you - their prices are extremely reasonable. There have been several times that I've looked online for items from big suppliers, only to walk into Precious Kargo and find them for less (not even considering exchange rates and shipping fees).

This place is so cute. It had everything for baby, mama & a few toddler things. There are a ton of local makers they carry & some big brands too. I have been telling everyone about this place. I will definitely be back!
