  I chose not to sell my items here @ $40.00 for 1 bag, but I did buy one newish hoodie from them for $15.00. I think they could offer more $ if they priced their higher brand items slightly higher. they seem to price no-name items at the same price point as higher brand items, I noticed while checking out their stock. people get way too emotionally attached to their clothing, so it's easy to see why some people get upset, but they would get more good stuff and make more off of it with a slightly different selling approach and a better eye for fashion.

  I find them to be really cheap whenever I drop clothes off, they hardly ever take any of my brand name clothes and when they do, I find they’re trying to rip me off. This week I dropped off a bunch of high quality shoes which were in excellent condition probably worth upwards of 200$. They offered me 38$. Just ridiculous

  NOT for people over the age of 30!!!
  Just for youngsters and teenagers maybe.
  I can understand the fashion changes but picking 2 items out of 40kg of clothes (yes, I brought about 90lbs of clothes - some were very expensive European brands workers wouldn't probably even hear of). But making a mistake in giving me my hard earned $4… Hmmm… Two stars because if I would be a buyer, clothes are surely well selected.

  It's a hit or miss, there can be some good purchases; however, there is a lack of product knowledge here. They sell a lot of lower everyday brands like H and M for the same pricing for example, then they will have cheaper high end product brands Definitely a place you have to do some digging!
  
  Selling here is not really too great honestly, the missus and I took back a few pairs of high end jeans that were literally worn maybe three times throughout the year, great condition and some of which were still in the mall at regular price and we got a little over 30$. I sold a pair they refused on Kijiji for 90$ so I recommend going there with your lower brands then big ones.

  I was excited to shop here and give away some of my clothes. I washed and folded every single item, they didn't even take half of what I brought. I asked if there was anything wrong with them and the he associate said that the items had some "wear" to them. The clothes they DIDN'T take were the ones I had never worn or only worn once. It was all name brand clothing too. Just a bit confused as to why they wouldn't take those but would take stained and outdated product. (Which the store seemed to have a lot of.) I did enjoy looking around and I'll definitely be back in the future though!

  I love Plato's Closet! Being a student, saving money is very important for me and it's so great to find things in style for less! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wait for a change room is never long and they were kind enough to take all of my items that didn't fit. Store was neat and tidy the two times I have been and I will definitely be going back for all of my shopping needs!

  I really enjoyed my shopping experience at this store. When I walked in everyone was very friendly, but they didn't ask me if I needed help over and over again, which I find is a problem at most stores. It was easy to find what I needed and any questions I had were answered promptly. Overall an absolutely fabulous experience.

  Love this store! Its so awesome to sell your old clothes and get new ones at the same time. The staff at the store are so friendly and helpful. I will never pay retail prices again. Cant wait for the north store to open too. Keep up the great work everyone!
