The customer service is absolutely attrotious here. Stood at the change room for a good 20min with no help and when they finally did open a room for me it was because I had to flag someone down. Didn't come and check on me while in there for sizes and I had to go look myself when she finally noticed I needed help. Then once I had paid for a ton of items get home and 2 belts and a hat I was charged for weren't put in my bag. If there was another location anywhere in the city I would go there

This store is a hit or miss for me. But their selection is decent. Good prices, however the quality can be bad. You really have to pick them well. They're always very trendy though. Most of the staff is great except for one particularly snobby girl who usually worked at the dressing rooms. She almost always seemed annoyed to be working there and cannot handle the pressure of a busy store. Other than that, it's great. Members and students also get some percent off if you sign up!

So loud in here people have to scream at each other to be heard. Good if you want a one time wear clubbing dress.
