Good service, nice people, didn't know how to work with my hair type & left with frizzy hair & had to come home and wash it immediately

Had an appointment booked for a month, went in and owner said they "double booked me" had planned my whole day out for this, the some girl walks in as I'm leaving and I hear laughter, so I look back inside and hard the girl say "thanks for clearing your schedule for me" and the owner replied "no worries, i only had to cancell 1 appointment, we're all good. So I got kicked off the list because I wasn't the owners friend. Not going back here ever.

I always get greats cuts, colour and the product is awesome! The fact I can have a glass of wine too is amazing!

I had the worst experience at this salon. Before you even think about going in there PLEASE READ WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. My hair was ruined including my $80.00 sweater that the OWNER called a "hobbo" sweater. We were PROMISED to have our money back from what happened but when the owner called my mom she said she's only giving her back $45.00 and then called my sweater a hobbo sweater and hung up on her. I'm from Toronto, and I was leaving to Los Angeles the next day for work. I told the girl at the beginning what I wanted done, a bleach and showed her a reference picture. She put highlights in my hair which I did not want, and have never liked on myself ever. She spent the next 4 hours trying to make my hair one solid colour which ended up making it look worse, and really orange in other places. She even asked me if I put my hair up often which I now know why because underneath was never touched. I really appreciated the fact she spent so much time trying to fix my hair, I even emailed the salon about how I appreciated that the next day. But now that the owner got involved, I am REALLY not happy and will not stop until we get our money back from my hair and my sweater. So my mom goes in today to talk to the owner WHO ISNT EVEN THERE. Very unprofessional the way this was handled and you should reconsider what you do if this is how you treat your customers.

I got my eyebrows waxed and I have never been in so much pain getting them waxed before. The girl removed skin from around my brows! WORST "spa" treatment of my life. I also got a brow and eyelash tint and would say you can hardly notice.

Love the staff here. They go out if their way, to make sure you are happy and leave satisfied. I've been a regular since they started and can't say enough about their wonderful service.
