  Phoned from Florida,,the girl was very courteous and helpful..final result was perfectand if your loved one is in the Chatham hospital this flower shop is right across the streettook less than 3 hours for delivery that day..

  I love pizazz. Everyone there is super friendly and the flowers are fresh. I get Fuji mums and they last forever. They even text me a pic of my last order so I knew what was sent. So cool.

  Pizazz is incredible and their staff are fantastic to work with! They handled my wedding bouquets and did an amazing job and now every time I need flowers delivered in Chatham I just tell them about the person I'm sending it to and they male something beautiful. Most recently, we asked Pizazz to help us deliver a long-distance Gender Reveal balloon bouquet to some soon-to-be grandparents and they went above and beyond to help us make things special. Thanks so much to Chantal and the rest of the team, you're all amazing and have made a customer for life ❤❤❤

  I would absolutely recommend Pizazz! Florals and Balloons. I order from here quite often, both for personal use and business. The customer service is exceptional and very personal. Even when I call with very odd requests or last minute orders they come through for me every time. Great service and beautiful long lasting flowers!

  AMAZING Customer Service!! I currently live in Toronto and I had friends that got engaged in Chatham. I called up Pizazz and I was over the moon impressed by the customer service I received. I had inquired if there was anyway I could add a bottle of wine to the flower arrangements and they went above and beyond and there was no hesitation in the request. They asked me what kind of wine and brand, and had no issues whatsoever going out of their way to pick up the wine. My friends had sent me a picture of the flower and bottle of wine and they were GORGEOUS!!! The service was incredible, the people were amazing and the flower BEAUTIFUL. I would HIGHLY recommend Pizazz flower.
