I first came to Pita Basket with some clients for lunch and had a fantastic experience. My clients and I loved the food and the staff was very friendly. Ever since my first trip here, I have been back a number of times; this is my go-to whenever I am craving a donair or chicken shawarma at work.

Absolutely love this place!! Not only is the food amazing but the service is impeccable! I usually don't like chicken shawarma from most places but Pita Basket made me obsessed and for sure coming back for more! The owners are extremely nice and made me and my family feel very welcomed! 10/10 would recommend

Greatest service and highest quality of food I know. Ordered for 20 people for my sons soccer team, the delivery was on time and helped us organize the wraps on a platter. Even left complimentary bakalava. Very good for large orders.

Worst place ever. We just ordered food for 13 people at the office. First did not received the right order. Chicken was dry and so cold. They charge us $136.50 for a box of chicken with veggies and pita. That's a joke. I've called the manager and he told me that he couldn't do nothing about it. Did I also mention that the owner who delivered the food started speaking to me really loud in the office in front of patients and staffs. He was telling me that his son was not there anymore and that deal was over. That is why I received that ordered instead of what we wanted. Well thanks for nothing Pita Basket. You just lost our business

The chicken in shawerma sandwich is a mix of fresh and old/hard chicken pieces. It is bad for such a friendly staff :(

I've been going here for years now. I only order the beef donair (true of most places I'll go, not just Pita Basket), and with all of the offerings in downtown this is easily the best quality for meat. There's a good variety of sides too. For any English expats - the donair meat mixed with their chips is as close to back home as you'll find. Staff are always friendly and the service is quick.

Bad service, rude right to your face!!! Places my order and rhe owner laughed in my face and told me i didnt know what i was doing. Sorry but if its my money i want my donair extra grilled. They way i like it.
