My experience here was terrible. The girl was very arrogant and so was the tattoo artist. I went to them because I heard they did great work, but also heard they give their customers a hard time with sizing, which is exactly what happened to me. I was really looking forward to getting my tattoo here in GB and was very upset by the way I was treated.

I made an appointment at this location to get a small matching tattoo with my friend. I called the day of, and they told us to come in for 8pm (which keep in mind for us was an hour and a half drive one way). So we showed up right on time, got to the front counter and they told us that they had forgotten all about us and thay all of their artists had gone home. They texted their one artist to come back in, however he had already had a drink so he couldn't do the tattoos anyways. He proceeded to be rather rude with us as he asked us to show him the tattoos we wanted. He said something along the lines of "even if I could I don't have enough time to draw up the tattoos and then tattoo them on you both" (even though we we free on time for when they asked us to come in)..so why did they book us so late? This was 100% their fault and they took little to no responsibility for their actions, and offered nothing for wasting both my time and gas money getting there. Would not recommend.

I got my industrial pierced here almost a year ago and I couldn't be happier with it. I have a lot of friends with industrials and they've all had absolute hell with it, but I haven't had any problems at all with mine.

The procedure itself was very quick and painless, as well as the piercer being very cautious and making sure it was placed exactly where I wanted it. They were also fantastic in informing me on how to care for my piercing. I was able to buy the products I needed for aftercare at their studio for a very reasonable price and they helped tremendously.

I could not recommend this studio more. Now several of my friends have gotten pierced here and have all had a great experience. Thank you!

Guy on desk was a little unhelpful. Almost turned away multiple first timers due to lack of communication. Seemed like there was conflict between artist and unhelpful desk guy. Don't get the after care kit. It was a waste of money. All the artist's at the time were really helpful and kind. They may say they take credit card on the phone, but then hasseled when time to pay - that's your screw up, not the customers.
