I rented a power trowel to finish my shed floor. The power trowel they gave me had engine issues and did not run properly. When i had called to ask for a new one they had said they were to busy to run out another trowel for me. I had to run out to get a new power trowel from their shop, while leaving my cement to set improperly.

Upon arrival the man at the counter had admitted that that power trowel had had issues with the carborator last time they rented it out..

Not impressed, will never rent equipment from country corners again.

Can't say enough good things about team at Country Corners. I have dealt with them for years and have always found that they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. All of my rental items are clean and work - I can't say that of the rental places in London!

April 2016 - Update: Just visited the dealership and ordered a 2017 sled. General Manager Scott , Brock and Chris are great guys to deal with and take care of the customers. Worth the 1 1/2 hour drive each way for me to get this level of Service. No wonder they won the Cat Dealer of the year in 2016again!
- April / 2015 - Great experience buying my new sled. Did it over the phone. Got a great deal and went totally smooth. When I got there I decided last minute I wanted a few accessories for it and they happily obliged and had them installed right away! These guys know about customer service. Did not know when I bought my new sled that they had Brock as their Service Manager there until I arrived to pick it up. That was a huge bonus for me! Great guy, been around a while and really knows his stuff! My buddy and I have dealt with Brock in the past. He made sure that I had one of the fastest 2003 ZR9's around. After riding an Apex I am glad to be back in the Cat family and looking forward to riding my new ZR 9000 this winter knowing that Brock and the Team at Country Corners will be there to service it for me! There are a couple Cat dealerships closer to me but I will be driving the hour and a bit whenever required. Looking at buying a side by side next and will definitely buy from Country Corners.
