Made an appointment on Tuesday, and showed up for it on Thursday at 10 am. The door was locked, no one was there. I came back at 10:30, still no one was there. Tried one last time at 10:45, 45 minutes after they supposedly open, still no one.

If you're going to make an appointment with a client, try showing up for work on time.
