This location is near the Hillcrest mall and hence seems to be a little more popular. You can see a mix of young, middle aged and old crowd here coming down to enjoy a chat over a coffee and some pastries.
The quality of the pastries is mediocre for the price they charge. I would only pay that kind of money in custom family owned cafes that have their own unique kind of pasties and serve a different tasting coffee than regular chains out there.response / report this review -

****5-YEAR BAN/ALL STORES****
Another poor experience at this location. Horrid customer service and when they run out of accompanying items that are supposed to go with full size orders, they simply dismiss the situation like it is no big deal yet charge you full price? Manager very unhelpful and quite unprofessional - needs further training! This is a poorly run franchise, Panera corporate should pull the flag! Boycott this place! Waited 15 min at drive through before I got my order. Sandwiches were sloppy, apples were old. Far cry from other Paneras

Good food, nothing fancy but fresh and tasty. Good choice of NOT deep fried greasy junk food for a change. Cleanliness can definitely be improved though.

Very overpriced for the quality of food that they serve. Menu is very confusing. What they bring you is usually not what you expect from a place that charges $10 for a sandwich. Sandwiches are tasteless but soups are good. I wish there were Aroma Coffee at this location.

Food is good and like all the other Paneras I have been into . Service is not great as they take way too long and wasn't busy. When we asked where our food was the server said "patience is a virtue " . This is after 35 min wait for our food .

Their broccoli cheddar soup is the best! Great service, the only downfall is the price. Will definately be coming back again

It's a very goo coffee place if you wanna have a small meal 🥘 I highly recommend you to go with half salad half sandwiches 👍🏻

I ordered mint tea and a triple chocolate cookie. Cookie is tasty, but they don't have chamomile tea!! Come on no chamomile!!! Good service

I got a panini there and I was presented with a messy panini I had to eat with a fork. The guy at the cash never told me I was forced to get it with a side so I could at least chose a salad or something. Just decided to give me some chips. The place looks nice but has super slow wifi. So bad I had to leave for an Starbucks to get my work done.
