The rooms are always clean and fairly priced. The food as well is really good and really fast service. Furnishings in the place are amazing and give a comfy homey vibe. Really enjoyed my two stays there

Maybe one of Richmond's better places to unwind. The rooms are excellent and the Hotel in general is quite impressive.

However, the convention centers do need to be upgraded / renovated to compete with some of the other Hotels in Greater Vancouver area.

My husband and I stayed here when we arrived into Vancouver and a few days later when we were leaving the city.
The hotel is modern and clean.
The rooms are large.
The staff are over the top friendly.
The gym is fantastic! It has a great view.
The restaurants are delicious, the breakfast restaurant is very chilly, wear a sweater when you go to eat.

This hotel was great! The airport shuttle was nice and there reception staff are lovely and very helpful! There convenience store sells Compass Day passes/Tickets for Tourists and people who are wanting to take public transit. The elevator is great because you need a guest card to access the elevator and other levels of the hotel so that's a great security feature. The rooms were amazing and were clean and the beds were soft and comfy. Really enjoyed this place and next time I come to Vancouver, I probably would come back here!

I've stayed here many times for work. It's in a good location, next to a bus stop, walking distance to the outlet mall or they will shuttle you there. Nice walk to some grocery stores and other shopping. The staff is good and the concierges are great!!

Went to the Red Cedar conference room for a work presentation. They had breakfast catered for us. The staff was very polite. Breakfast was a full speed and was very fresh and yay. The tables were maintained well by the wait staff. Good experience

Great hotel. I stay here a lot for work. Good food, breakfasts, and coffee bar. Nice rooms. The big issue is that it's hard to get to the train from here. Best thing to do is to get a day pass in the hotel and then walk to the bus stop, take the bus to the train.

Stayed twice during a trip. Nice bedroom and staff. Nice quality sheets to make foe a comfy bed and good pillows. No water in room tho. Don't bother going to the on site, Pier 73 restaurant , very, very slow service, food very average. There's a better restaurant over the bridge.

Well worth the money. Nice clean room. Friendly, curtious staff. Helpful. Easy drive to Downtown Vancouver. Shuttles provided to many locations if driving is a problem. Close to many trendy food locals. Slightly dated in some areas but easily overlooked for the comfort of stay. Recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Nice location and nice view of the river. The room is smaller than I had expected for 2. The A/C could be colder even though we had set it to the coolest setting 15c. The included mini fridge was not cool enough to keep anything cold. It's warmer than the room.

The 6:10 AM shuttle bus to the South Terminal was full, and the staff seemed a little confused. They first told us that 6:10 was the earliest bus and that they would put us in a taxi and post the fare for us. A short time later, they told us they couldn't do that, and that they would put us on a 5:50 bus.

Also, they told us the wrong room number at check-in, we found out when our keys didn't work.

View of the river from our room was pretty good to my taste.

Overall, I would consider going again.

Clean comfortable rooms. Sound proofing between adjoining rooms could be better. A TV at regular volume can be heard in the next room. On sunny days stay on the OTHER side of hotel otherwise rooms are HOT. On site restaurant is good. Disagree with some hotel sites that have this hotel rated at 4-stars. On par with most 3 and 3.5 star locations.

As an American stopping in Canada for a few days on vacation, I've enjoyed this hotel. Rooms are quiet, there are ample outlets (~9 in my room!), and the lobby is inviting. The large detractor is the lack of free breakfast. They do have a cafe where you can buy your morning meal, so at least it's not out of reach. The elevators require key cards, so keep that in mind while going up and down your first few times. They have a small flower garden out back to look at while you play giant chess, or you can swim in the outdoor pool with the great soundtrack they had playing. I would stay here again.
