  Since publishing my first critique i have been contacted and appoligisd to by Pierre one of the Executives of Osskin as it seems there messages from on line have not been getting to them and when they saw my google review he was shocked and reached out to the folks that supplied the knee brace to me for my information and contacted me and explained there position as well as asking me for my opinion on what could be done better. The Gentleman changed a negative review into a positive review by taking a few minutes to investigate. All things can break i know i am rough on my body and equipment i am a 63 yr old retired Navy Clearance Diver who trains and owns Horses for fun. Also a good judge of character and Pierre impressed me as an honest and caring company representative that just wanted to truly do the right thing. Thank you Sir. I look forward to putting the new brace to the DB test

  I work with many suppliers and Osskin is one of the best ones. Great customer service, strong clinical team and great production team.

  As someone who is looking for the right knee brace I am searching the best option. I was faced by an angry, extremely passive aggressive and rude Customer Service employee named Pierre C. Who happens to be one of the CEO's of OssKin. He immediately refused to answer my question about how scans are taken for the knee brace.
  He refused to answer my question and disconnected the call while I was speaking.
  OssKin will deny your question and disconnect your call:
  
  Failing to provide this information will result in OssKin denying your question and disconnecting your call immediately: Where are you from? Are you a student? Are you a patient? Why are you asking about how OssKin takes scans for braces?
  
  Although I explained I am from Canada, I ought to have refused to answer any of his questions, however, he used bullying behaviour in his voice, tone, snickering, and his words that I must admit if I am a patient or not. I asked Pierre if he is a medical practitioner and he answered no.
  I was looking for information because that's what people do before purchasing any product especially a medical related product. This speaks volumes to this individual's intelligence and OssKin's credibility.
  
  OssKin presented itself as unethical, unprofessional, unreliable and eerily dishonest in assisting clients with basic information on medical braces.
  I am disappointed because I had been respectful throughout, and he even refused to transfer my call to another representative.
  There are other more professional Canadian companies for medical braces. Google them easily as I have found a few now and with better customer service and attitude.
  I am keeping my name private for this review because the demeanour of this individual made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
  Disgrace to Canadian business attitude in 2022.
