I started coming to this clinic 7+ years ago because it was near work and I had some concerns about my previous dentist. It’s a chain but I always get the same dentist and she’s great. The equipment is new and everything is spotless. I like that my dentist does not push anything on me or “find” issues like others have.
This morning I went and was overly optimistic about the morning commute time, having been WFH for 2 years. Sophie at reception was so lovely and sympathetic. After my appt I brought something up when paying and Sophie overheard, popped her head up and said “oh, I took care of that when you arrived.”

So, 5 stars for the clinic and 10 stars for Sophie at reception.

It is a very nice place to be I used to love coming here until there is a problem and they hide their fault and try to place the blame on you. This is when you know you should avoid this dental clinic.

Great service! I went to LaPointe Rene Levesque for my first appointment and had a wonderful experience! They have a very kind and attentive staff, and are quick to service you (which is great for lunch break visits). Will definitely go back!

Our whole family consider ourselves lucky to be served by the Centre dentaire Lapointe. They are all very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. High degree of professionalism. Would recommend to everyone.
