Our furnace died a couple of weeks ago during the hottest day of the summer. We called Orzech's for help. The receptionist sent Kyle to help us the next day. Kyle promptly identified and fixed the problem temporarily as the 33 year old furnace needed replacing. The next day Dave sold us a new high efficiency furnace by Lennox. One week later Dwight and Bill installed it for us. The installers were very prompt, professional, good-humored, and they cleaned up after they finished doing the install. They did an amazing job! Dave followed up with a phone call after the install. All staff at Orzech's have been a pleasure to deal with. We will highly recommend them to our friends, family, and anyone else looking for a new furnace.

The Initial vibe of the sales guy was good. He came out quickly and got me a price that day. After dealing with a few others I decided to go with Orzech and a 1.5 tonne Lennox Air Conditioner Unit. Dave was really good upfront before the install but after seemed to disappear. The install I feel was rushed as they forgot to plug the new condenser pump in and I came home to water pooling on the floor in my furnace room leaking Just under my New basement floor. I sent pictures to Dave and didn't hear back until the next day. He didn't seem to care based of his response. Before the install I had inquired about a smart thermostat, Dave told me he would look for one and get back to me, its been almost 2 weeks since the install and I still have not heard anything back even with a follow up Text half way to see if he had made any progress. My Air conditioner was not level and I've since Re leveled it. Overall I feel the installation was rushed and I feel their customer support after They've got your money is very lack luster. Happy With the Lennox Air Conditioner though.

I had gotten several quotations from various companies. I own a rental property and wanted to change out the existing baseboard electric heaters to gas heat. I was wanting to make the ceiling tear downs as limited as possible. I was very impressed with Orzeck and their rep Dave who came out. They went over everything with me and communication was consistent. In the end I was very happy with the process and Bill the installer did a great job and did a few extras based on how I wanted the layout done. Nicki Kranidis

The cold weather came and when we turned on the furnace - nothing! Called Orzech and within the hour, someone was here to help us. They were fast, kind and helped us get warm. Thanks Orzech!
