Very busy place and quick turnover of clothing. I've found that their sales only apply to a very small portion of the goods, not worth making a special trip for the sale. If you are selling used kid's clothing to them, you drop it off in the morning, they review it at some point during the day and you have to come back by that night to pick up what they don't accept or it disappears, who knows where. Not very handy for a mom who lives a significant distance out of town, and who has 12 hours to waste in town waiting? Some of their toy sets are missing pieces, but they try to ensure that nothing significant is missing. That said, I've gotten some good deals, especially for children's footwear. And the term "gently used" is usually true.

I will never do business with this store again! We brought in multiple items to sell that were in excellent condition.. We came back to pick up all of our items which they were not interested in. I got home and unpacked the boxes and noticed 2 sweaters and 1 jacket was gone! They stole my items!!! DO NOT TRUST THE PEOPLE THAT WORK IN THIS LOCATION!

As far as selling those it's usually not worth your time or effort as the store is extremely picky on what they take. As for buying it gets 3 out of 5 stars. The store is generally overcrowded and hard to walk through. It's usually difficult to find the sizes you need is lots of things are out of order. Their prices are a tad bit High considering you could go buy brand new for a couple extra dollars although they do have some higher and brand names and you can sometimes find a steal of a deal. The staff are all nice and I have no complaints about service.

My husband went in to buy shoes for our toddler. The lovely lady at the store took the time to sit on the floor with my husband and son and try on many, MANY pairs of shoes until they found one in the bin that fit. My husband also said she was giving him tips about the shape of my little's feet and what to look for when buying shoes for him in the future. This is just one of many fantastic experiences I've had at this store.

This store is awesome! The most organized second hand store. Which makes it soo nice to shop. There is so much its almost overwhelming! Everything is in very good condition. And the place is very clean. They have baby accessories plus clothes for all your children's ages. . Very fun place to shop.
