I have had a pretty absurd experience at the shop. I wanted to purchase a dozen of cupcakes and packaged in two 6 packs of cupcakes because I wanted to give one half of it to my sister. It seemed like they were unable to comprehend that equation. They charged me for two separately packaged cupcakes which were $3 more expensive than purchasing a dozen cupcakes. I understand a 6 pack of cupcakes has its own price, but I thought I bought a dozen. Do not over charge a customer because you have to spend a dime on additional plastic container. Run your business properly because it sure shows that you are trying to squeeze more dollars out of your customers.

I really do not want to bash this store but if it comes across that way, so be it i guess. I have gone here a few times hoping that from each visit they might have changed, but they haven't. I wish to help the owner/baker do better with my comment. The cake is so bland, tasteless and dense/dry. The icing is way too sugaryif you can feel the gritty sugar in icing then its too much. The other thing was that when i go and get cupcakes i get one of everything so that its not just the one flavor. Most of them I found to have an artificial flavor in usually the icing. I do not plan on recommending them to anyone or going there again unless I here that it has changed even a little. I believe to be in that type of business you have to take negative comments (like this) and create a positive action to it. Especially if you hear it more than once.
